Good location, 5 mins walk from Ximen MRT station. Clean room and comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Free wifi.

Our room was on the 1st floor and had no window. Room was very small. Late check-in time (3 pm).

They were really friendly, can speak good English, and will really go out of the way to meet your requests. Some of which are printing out google maps with directions, reservations, printing of boarding passes, and providing boxes + tape + markers after seeing how much we bought.

The bathroom is too small, but other than that I have no complaints.

The room was fine, but the toilet area was cramped and awkward to use.

Really enjoyed our decent sized rooms, plus the stuff was amicable. Its location was super central, close to Academia Historica. The hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying a shopping area. The restaurant onsite was POPULAR.

The hotel's location near Ximen MRT makes exploration easy, only a couple minutes' walk from the night market. I appreciated the complimentary bottled water and coffee available in the lobby. The room was comfortable with a fridge and kettle, perfect for snacks and drinks. The thin walls meant I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms, which disrupted some quiet time. The shared sliding door for the shower and toilet was a bit awkward, especially if someone needed to use the bathroom while another was washing up. The pillows could be plumper too, though the staff promptly provided extras when I requested them.

Location is good. Mrt very near. Area very bright with young age shoppers. Cinemas and restaurants and tourist class hotels around, and street stalls. Lively area to walk leisurely at nite and small shopping.

Housekeeping did not change bedsheets & pillow cases. After 3 days, I then request to change. I stayed 6 nites & only change once. Too rigid on check out time at !2 noon sharp as half-hour extension was rejected despite guest can only check in at 3pm. Room allocated to me had very small toilet with semi-opaque sliding glass door.As shower & toilet of equal size is partitioned by a semi-opaque glass, the half-width sliding glass door slides either to close shower or toilet.This means if one is having shower, no guest can be inside the room if another person is using an open toilet with no door as the door is closing the shower. Also the toilet is facing one bed. Replace by 2 Individual flap-folding doors or 2 half-width opaque glass overlapping doors.

This is my first time staying with Hotel-Puri,the room is small but quite new renovated. For those like shopping,Hotel-Puri is very convenience,2 Mintues walk to Ximen MRT.For me 7.5 out of 10 for Hotel-Puri

The lift (only one) is too small,toilet is even smaller for my size.

Ayo, the location was on point, right near the MRT and all the night market vibes. Room was comfy enough to chill and unpack that big luggage. They even had mad strong water pressure in the bathroom, man. Just wish them pillows was a lil' thicker, but I just asked for more from the front desk and got that sorted. 2 Bottles of water everyday was a nice touch too.

Clean and new..location is good...

Very small room though I booked a room for 4people..toilet, bathroom and basin is all separated from each other, very inconvenient ..toilet is very small and when you sit on the wc, you can't even close the glass door..

It is in the middle of XiMenDing. Walk outside is the shopping area. Room is really clean. But the room is too small.

Both lovable and frustrating

The staff is super responsive, quickly solving requests. Close proximity to Ximending Exit 6 made daily outings convenient, and the comfort of the bed recharged me well for the next day.

The lack of shelter from rain makes it troublesome to go to and from the hotel. I also noticed that dining options could be overwhelming, lacking variety in the immediate vicinity.

Staff are very friendly n helpful, because of newly open so very clean but room a bit too small., Very near to metro station. Nx time to Taiwan will stay at same Htl again if the price no increase..haha!! Anyway I enjoy my stayed.

The hotel was clean and staff were all accommodating. My a decent size and new-fashioned room came with 3 person bedroom and shower, for example.

The staff - some of them were not so friendly.
